I don't think it will get to the point where CF can negotiate with other parties. CF can only determine the value of SC when they have the met results at their disposal. Only Teck determines the moment when CF gets this information. Based on these met results, CF can send a ROFO to Teck, but I expect that Teck will never wait for the moment of ROFO, that would make the risks too big. Teck is in the driver's seat and they determine when our 25%SC is sold. In my opinion, CF has no control over that. I think, like many others on this forum, Teck will not publish the met results, but will make an offer on our 25%SC when they think is the right moment. We can only hope this moment will come this year.
