ES has been slapping shareholders in the face with what hes been saying and his actions to the point where its insulting! You say you're worth $2/share and sell 0.25/share? You say its an easy investment but you have a lawyer of the company selling 500k shares! 

either i'm going crazy or he needs to be evaluated for cognitive abilities to run a company!
