The idea that a deal may have already been reached is an interesting one. Elmer has always struck me as a geologist first, and if anything, he understates things and respects uncertainties when speaking about the geology of the properties and results as they come in. Certainly not a salesman.

His confidence in how he says CUU is an "easy investment" and a value at $2/share contrasts this conservative nature.....it could be interpreted as he already knows what's going to happen/already happened. After a deal is announced he can point to this interview and say, "Told you so".

Just an observation. No idea if this interpretation is correct....hoping it is though!
