I truely believe IMO a deal between these companies have already been accepted. Copper fox acts as a private not publicly traded company, where have you seen this type of non information no really marketing or push to make SP bigger. Copper fox will be taken care of in the end but not until this district with Galore is ready to fully proceed. No company is this stupid and unprofessional. Just my thoughts but I will say a buyout will happen at some point and that number will be 2 plus dollars for sure. 

Again just my pathetic opinion but only thing that makes sense how this thing has gone last 14 years.
