Why not inflate the value of the SCJV project by way of increasing the value via the met studies.....with the intent of not only the partner taking out the CUU 25% but also another 25% of Teck's ownership.   TECK and NEM then both own 50% of Schaft Creek....similar to Galore project. 

No "out of pocket" expense to TECK......and, in fact, money in the bank while de-risking the project for TECK.  The Schaft Creek project then being contiguous to the Galore Creek project.  A win, win, win situation.
