Yes, exploration potential is worth a great deal when you consider the SC property will produce metals for 100 years! SC 1 is just the beginning!!

It is clear SC2 and SC3 and SC4 will be part of the overall picture!

look at QB....it's now QB2 and Teck currently reviewing as we speak QB3!

So Teck can't discount our SC potential when they doing the same long term planning with QB property.

Also, Elmer was asked a question on this....he definitively stated that "exploration potential" will be part of the buyout price! This alone answers your question.

Lastly, look at a few previous buyouts! Majors clearly state exploration potential as a reason for paying good money alone in a mining transaction! Look at the Borden property buyout. This was only a resource project with zero economic studies- early stage vs SC today! Goldcorp paid for its potential. We are going years back but many still remember it! Great example:

It is extremely rare for a junior mining company to make a significant gold discovery. However, it became clear over the past few years that Probe had found something significant at its Borden Gold project, located 160 kilometres southwest of Timmins, Ont. The stock price has defied gravity, continuing to go up while shares of almost every other junior miner went down.

Last summer, Probe said it identified two million ounces of high-grade gold resources at Borden. While that is not an enormous find on its own, the high-grade core is surrounded by large quantities of lower-grade gold, as well as untapped exploration ground that offers upside for Goldcorp.

We’ve consolidated a property that’s 70 kilometres of strike length within this Borden belt,” Mr. Palmer said. “It’s massive.”
