Anytime you inject 7 trillion dollars into a 30 trillion dollar economy ( as the biden admn did ) the economy is bound to do well. But going forward with the Trump tax cuts set to expire and harris to raise corporate taxes to 28% ( from 21% )and no more 7 trillion dollars of stimulis spending might change the outlook. The 7 trillion biden spent on the economy along with the 35 trillion dollar U S deficit might be one of  the main reasons why gold is reaching record highs.
