First impression is his downplaying of the significance of other projects

Where did you get that? On the contrary, he promotes the very good returns of those greenfield projects; see here: "we believe that the low capital, relatively low capital intensity of these greenfield projects will offer very good returns to our shareholders."

Second point noted is the acknowledgment that they will slow play SC until they are certain it has been 100% derisked

Completely false! Price never mentions slow playing anything, nor derisking SC 100%. All he says is that TECK is doing "significantly more work to derisk the projects".
