Hi bjag. Really don't understand the question. the yelp ipo was out recently and very successful. PYN in relation to yelp/facebook etc. has some definite synergies but I also think PYN, SYN, INT and even SCG/ISD are really inter related. PYN is an app that I use very frequently even just for Canada 411.
