The Americans I met at Toba were already Kiewit employees that came up for the project. Toba is where I first learned of Copper Fox, some of the geo's from Knight Piesold were working both sites. When I realized that this little venture exchange company retained such a well respected geo and hydrological firm as KP I decided to take a closer look... and the rest is history (or soon to be I hope..) As for the labour shortage I say bring on the Irish!!!
