MTS... this is a bit late to your question but fyi... I've noticed that the CUU website doesn't follow a clear pattern of updates. NR's generally are posted late the day of the NR.

From my casual observation...Maps, corporate presentations, photos and other stuff is changed randomly. It has happened a couple of times that a new map or image/model will show up not long before a NR or right after.

Keep in mind that, in general, CUU NR's average about every two weeks so you are seldom too far from a CUU event. (two weeks can seem like ages though LOL!)
