Teck has demonstrated the we are their biatch. Teck will decide when the FS comes out and they want to make their decision much later. I know, Elmer has been telling Vette and others that it's on time but he gave them a barn door as the target. Right now they are looking at pit options again and suppliers quotes. They can keep looking at those as long as they want. So what company is going to offer when we won't cooperate? They used to say they wanted to bring someone to the table rather than let teck do it. Where is the partner from either company?
