BGM actually has the oz. The sp movement was not due to a bunch of retail. That's why the price didn't stay up. You won't see a sudden reversal of thier position on the ozees.

What you might have noticed is that a number of companies used the phraze "conceptual". The guys in Columbia did lie and did get fined. That wording was approved. They wanted companies to have more latitude in their descriptions. It was not intended that it should mislead or be abused.
