That would be extremely unusual!

AGM is not considered a proper place to release important information; unless the info is released at the same time via a news media. Normally, the AGM is mostly a formality where standard legal things such as appointment of auditors etc. are taken care of and a place for SH to ask a few questions; rarely are critical info released at an AGM. JMO GLTA!
