Grant, thank you for your note - there's a difference between making reference to Stockhouse and talking about SH shenanigans incessantly. Is "incessantly" too strong a word? It fits for me.

The point I'd like to make is that no one has to "stand up" for CUU on agora. Members might disagree on board policy or the meaning of land acquisitions or any number of things, but the main thing is we're all pro-CUU here. Anyone playing silly games to the detriment of shareholders doesn't last long.

Having said all the above, it's fine by me if foxy returns under her (his?) own name or, as chappy suggests, logging in as someone else - all foxy has to do is leave SH where it belongs. However, HLs don't have the power to reinstate banned members. You can approach agora directly, using the "contact us" link, on the agora home page; better yet, foxy should approach agora directly. If anyone wants to link this message to any reinstatement request, please feel free but I hope agora would ask counsel of other HLs prior to making a decision - I don't know if everyone feels the same way as I do.
