Anyone ever had that one on their radar? I was watching it in 2011 and almost took a position. Glad I didn't. It was bought today in a friendly takeover.

Problem is it was running around $1.14-$1.25 per share for a good part of 2011. This is a company with a number of very promising gold projects in Chile and was up in the $5 range during its peak in 2008 and around $1.85 in early 2010.

It closed today at 78 cents after news of the deal, up 95%. So to have purchased at over $1 would have been a mistake.
