You really get the impression that he knows what he is doing from the 35 years of experience and the same individuals that he surrounds himself with who have brought some mines from discovery to production. Perhaps ugly but the FTS pricing was in line with the SP. The major institutional shareholders (Royce etc) and Silver Std are standing firm.

Outside of the VOK they have about 70M ounces. Inside the VOK pit they have 8.5 (M&I)+ about 2.5M (I)ounces. Outside the pit they have the missing 5M ounces that was originally in their RE but was removed due to pit design...but will eventually make it back in.

Quartermain has no environmental concerns b/c it is an existing permitted mine (underground workings from 1990's) and he personally deals with the First Nations himself b/c it is very important.
