There was a previous mine on their site that was permitted so this is positive sign for them. Also, Brucejack Lake is non-fish bearing and has been used as a waste dump before.

They also removed the leach plant on site which gets rid of the use of cyanide.

I don't think TT has delayed them. It looks like the completion date has been moved back by a quarter but that's to be expected on a complex study.
