There were a few reasons for the decrease between the resource estimates:
- The November resource estimate used a more conservative statistical model than the April resource estimate
- The November resource estimate had smaller domains and this resulted in some of the previously inferred resource being omitted
- The November resource estimate had upgraded some of the previously inferred resource to indicated resource
- The new drilling results changed their model (proved less gold was there than previously thought)
I think the November resource estimate has a lot of people gun shy about what they will actually find in the ground with the bulk sample. As I mentioned before, it seems they are being very conservative in their resource estimate so I'm expecting the bulk sample results to exceed that in their resource estimate model. It will look far better for the Qualified Professionals if their estimates were too low rather than too high.
