Thanks Orcinus, I learned something today! I'd always assumed that the term bankable meant that the study was feasible. Not so, of course; it's the degree to which the study has been completed which renders it bankable, even though it may not necessarily be feasible. I hope that makes sense! :-)

I think it's safe to say that the CUU FS *is* feasible, given all the hoops jumped through... but what do I know? Will Teck play nice?
