All this talk of benefits to Tahltan nation is fine, to see these people get active and be a part of society. If it only worked that way! In most cases that I've observed over the years it does not. This monies the Reserves get, goes to the elite and the rest of people continue in the same old way they have for generations, dirt poor and drunken. The sooner government hand outs and treaties end the sooner these people will start to take responsibility for themselves. IMO.
