That is what I first thought of but then since he is still on the board he remains an insider when it comes down to owning shares. Or at least I think? But it would make sense if the ownership % drops when insider options are not exercised and does not add to extra dilution.

I guess in the end it does not really matter if its 65 or 57% ownership, its still a very high percentage.
