Israel Chemicals Limited (ICL) has offered cash and its own shares, putting a 50-cent value on AAA shares. Allana has accepted the terms.

Allana Potash, with its impressive Ethiopian resource, was another of those darling stocks from late 2010-2011 when it could have been a 10-bagger if you'd timed it right. It peaked at over $2 a few times in 2011.
