Well I hope nobody quickly jumped into the pool with Encanto. It sure didn't take them long to capitalize on the sudden interest and uptick in their share price.

They announced a PP at the close today, pricing 15 million shares at 12 cents. The stock is sitting at 14.

So it leaves one wondering if the reports of a likely deal with India were generated to help make that financing possible at a decent level.
