Sorry ebear I can't find any recent financial statements for CPP, the only ones I found were dated 2006/03/31 - that's two years old!

Those are the last audited statements, I believe. There are more recent unaudited filings on Sedar. (www.sedar.com) I'll go over that stuff tonight and report back. I notice they've repriced some of their employee options. Also, some related party transactions in there. Could be cause for concern. I recollect them bailing on a different project with CGP a while back. Drill results seemed promising, so It might have been a question of money.

Maybe CGP's strategy is to team with companies that can''t complete? That way they get half a banana for free! Of course, that wouldn't apply to Newmont...heh!
