Sorry ebear I can't find any recent financial statements for CPP, the only ones I found were dated 2006/03/31 - that's two years old! They last reported 40 million shares outstanding (8/2007), and at $0.19 that makes a total capitalization of $7.6 million. CPP would have to raise new equity or borrow new debt if any drilling for Shyri is to commence in my opinion.
I did not have a chance to read the Shyri earn-in agreement.
I put in a bid for CPP for the past two days and bought none. As well CPP did not have a single share traded for the last two days!! This is highly unusual, the ask was only $0.19. I guess perhaps the best strategy is to wait for a sign of life in CGP and CPP before gettting into these two investments. Since I am already in CGP, and even though CPP would have a bigger upside, I am not totally left out if Shyri amounts to anything.
Regards.
