Jeff, i use TD-on -line, so i can not purchase directly my-self ,but a quick call to the Institution you deal with will purchase the shares for you at your on[line trading price. The cnx ( over the counter ) is a hand written ticket exchange and their are no fast rules on how the ex, fills the orders. I guess the 4 month hold on the PP will start counting down to-day so we have to wait until near end of December if you wanted to sell.
