..warrants that have a hold or warrants that have not been converted back to shares even though they could be free trading can not be transferd until they sit in a account as free trading shares. Once shares from any of your accounts become free trading then they are subject to the price that day you have them transferd into yur TFSA. I guess prior before rules change a broker would have applied a black scholls price of.001 and shares would become free trading after the time frame was lifted. I guess Flar... cut the brokerage Institutions from doing this as PP would never be opened to the public as these warrants allowed the broker to absorb all the warrants they could handle basically free...O ne can still trade their shares with in their TFSA as they wish on a tax free basis and one should take advantage of this account as they can build up a nice nest egg tax free./.
