A million dollars will only get you half as many 350 m holes.

and a 5 cent warrant will only get the company only half that of a 10 cent warrant. Is it not obvious they don't want those warrants converted as it not only devalues and dilutes the current float, but it also brings in 50% less cash for the ongoing business. If you can buy shares on the open market at 5 cents, why would you exercise?
