SWIFT ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Vancouver – Monday, November 1, 2010 – Swift Resources Inc. (the “Company”)
(TSX-V: “SWR”) Announces a Non-Brokered Private Placement of up to 3,000,000 Non
Flow-Through Units at a price of $0.12 per Unit for a gross proceeds of $360,000. Each
Unit will consist of one Common Share and one half of one Common Share purchase
warrant. Each Full warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional Common
Share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.15 for a period of 24 months from the
date of issue of the Warrant.
Additionally the Company will also offer 2,000,000 Flow-Through Shares at a price of
$0.14 per common share for gross proceeds of $280,000.
All securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period. The offering is subject
to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSX") and a finder's fee may be
payable in accordance with the policies of the TSX.
Proceeds from the Flow-through portion of the private placement will be used towards
the 2011 exploration program on the Company’s Castlegar Properties and the
remaining proceeds will be used towards general working capital.
