The 007 East Zone, as well as the 007, L10 and Emperor Zones all occur near to or within a mafic flow known as the Shoreline Basalt, striking roughly east-west and parallel to the Rice Lake Mine or SAM unit.

Look at the PDF on page 3. I am not sure where the Cougar property starts, however I seem to remember being within a Tiger 3 wood. If that is the case Cougar is loaded with the mafic volcanic flow mentioned in the SGR release.
