Just my humble opinion, but I have some concerns about Collossus' JV partner, a large membership group/"union" of former garimperos who formerly worked on the property.

"Dont know how factual at this point, but I heard a rumor that the leader of this "union" was murdered last year, so there may be some factional infighting going on in some sort of power struggle within that group, and I'm not sure how this will affect Colossus I think I'll stay away until I know more.
