i dont think there will be any sellers any time soon, the stock is worth at least 0.10 from the cash they have. let alone the land which is looking very promising and on top of that a tsx-v listing just around the corner, probably in a month or two, its just months before this stock is taken and probably over 0.20. It's most definitely a hold if you don't already have some.

I'm not saying its worth 0.20 right now, or the 0.18 on the sell side, but anything under 0.10 i feel is a screaming good deal. Im not sure why the bid isnt sitting closer to 0.15 with the sell at 0.18.

Anyway thats just my opinion, maybe im bias cause i own some.
