Mark Hanson, is a San Francisco based US real estate "expert" who runs his own private client based firm , specializing in doing research for US banks of all stripes on the current state of the US real estate market. He also writes an online blog which anyone may subscribe to free of charge which is updated about once every two weeks, or so. The information expressed at his blog site is , I believe, highly credible, and well ahead of the curve as far as it's predictive value is concerned. Hanson has appeared on CNBC TV, and he has been quoted in both the Wall Street Journal, and Barron's.
