Scott -- the takeout question for CPG, in my mind, will not be answered--and should not be answered until such time as there is clarity regarding the Gateway and Keystone XL pipelines. Right now I think we'll see smaller companies and mid-tiers do most of the binding, but the biggies are going to wait and see how the pipeline decisions shakeout. CPG is wise to accumulate assets during this time so as to be better positioned when capital markets stablize and the titans get hungry. So right now I am only looking at acquiring favored juniors such as POP and some mid tiers such as WSX (or whatever those guys cook up next) which I expect will be bought up once the assets reach maturity a few years out.
