Scott Saxberg was interviewed this morning on Business Day on BNN. In the interview he is very enthusiastic about the Uinta property which Crescent Point just acquired and he foresees that it will double Crescent Points reserves going forward. You can listen to the interview here: http://watch.bnn.ca/#clip824281
He also states that Crescent Point gets Brent pricing for the oil that it ships via rail and makes $11.00 a barrel more per barrel for each barrel shipped by rail. They make $20.00 more a barrel but they have to split it with the refineries. He also stated that shipping by rail only costs a dollar or two a barrel more than by pipeline. He expects that Crescent Point will be shipping 50,000 barrels per day by rail in the 1st quarter of 2013.
Cheers; Scott
