CRE trading .19 right now puts it pretty much in the thick of Technical Support levels, though it hasn't been around long enough to have a 200 DMA so move carefully.

Most of you know I trade Avalon but CRE could represent a cheap way to play rare earths as the industry inevitably catches fire again ... especially given the fact CRE has proven an ability to attract some big volume days in its short history.
