I am interested in Crk, but worried about the number of shares that have been issued at $1.00.

It seems to me that there are a lot of sshares that can be sold from $1.05 upwards for a profit. This will overhang the market until a large number of them have changed hands. there were very large lots for sale at prices upwards of 1.30, no matter how many shares were sold.

The website mentioned that at 1.00 per share, the gold was inexpensively valued; but what is the comparative value at $1.40 per share?
