Thanks for the heads up TP.....agreed at least there is SOME discussion over there.

One thing I think has or is probably happening for sure is that Luxor has got themselves neatly hedged in this siutation. If they alredy own 20%, they've probably gone short and then long on this stock using their leverage and will eventually use shareholders money to pay for the lions share of this acquisition.

How exactly, I'm not smart enough to say anything for sure but I've seen a handful of these deals to know that this is how the game is played.

I notice also that Luxor has given themselves an 'out' on this deal. Needless to say if they do decide to change their mind (or maybe they never really intended to buy) they can easily sell their stock into the bids, rescind their offer and then buy all of ther shares back at a significant discount.

A good indicator of this might be the SP at under their existing offer, which is in fact the case.
