I would not be surprised if Centaurus came down with an offer for all the shares. If not, they will just sell down there shares at 0.56 to Luxor for a small Profit... Hedge Funds don't care about the company and other shareholders… they have one goal… making money whatever if is a bearish or bullish market.

Luxor knows the potential of Crocodile Gold and they are not completely buying the company because they want the exposure on the public market… Expect $2 a share.

I don't believe that Luxor will increase their offer... They may but don't expect more that 20 %...
