IMVHO, I am expecting significant developments towards LC permit approval in the next week or two - if we are to believe what has been reported from Venezuela about the document being sent to Hugo Chavez sometime next week recommending approval of the project.

I have owned this stock for 2 years now and have been disappointed many times by missed timelines and yet more delays in obtaining the final MinAmb approval. If nothing happens before the end of October, I will probably close my position in Crystallex.

This is the most confident I have been about KRY in several months but that is my personal opinion only.
