I appreciate your post re conversation with RM yesterday. This saves us (and RM) from repeating the same questions to RM.

So now my question to your last comment "I continue to believe this thing is coming to a quick conclusion, My guess it will be sometime next week." Is your optimism because of tone of RM's conversation, or the Guiterriez thread, or something else?

For myself, I remain optimistic but cynical. It has been a long haul (for me 2 years) and I remain concerned about the proposed mining legislation, and of course, HUGO.
