Stock price performance has been very disappointing - absolutely no indication of imminent permit approval whatsoever.

Speculation about our low sp includes a potential take over company keeping it low for as long as they can, mm, hfs, shorters etc

I will do as I did last week - buy some shares early on tomorrow morning to add to my core position and hold them over the weekend.

I just wish management would show an equal amount of confidence in their own company and buy some shares instead of just holding no risk options.
