There is no gap. The high 10/26 was 3.25 with the low today 3/29 at 3.22. If you do not know technical analysis, don't stick your misinformed 2cents in the pot. 

If you're using close only prices, a vast majority of ALL stocks on ALL exchanges would have huge gaps ALL over their charts. 

Gaps are not always filled i.e. - "breakaway" gaps characterized by large volume on the day of the gap with a relative large price range.This is exactly what 10/26 price movement reflected.

When the permit arrives we will have one of these.
