Not an easy question you ask. My response is leaning more to "the better the Devel you know" as opposed to not. I think that KRY benefits more with less further distractions brought about with a defeat. However, on the other hand, I am really uncomfortable with Pres Chavez's methods to which he dictates his power; if they (the people of VZ) truely have a proper vote and the people of VZ vote for the new changes then all the power to the people. From my own little investment in KRY my preference would be to get this referendum out of the way with the least amount of further distractions so the NA can bet back to business and get some of the projects that have been on the books for a long time now. Hopefully next week we get back to work......
