Short term, KRY is better off with the least turmoil in VZ and as someone said - get the AN and the environmental group moving forward.
This is exactly what happened in Bolivia within the last 2 weeks when their congress approved an increase of mining taxes from 25% to 35%. It became law and allowed all companies to know what they were dealing with. Mining stocks in Bolivia advanced 10 - 20%.
As bad as it is for the country of VZ to get the referendum approved, it hopefully maintains stability in the government/dictatorship and commerce can move forward.
If there is a minimum of revolt, I believe the permit will be issued before the AN adjourns on 12/15.
