EdK, I just read your info and appreciated the feedback  of your conversation with RM.  I considered that to be REAL info, and while I would prefer to have the permit in hand today, the fact that the bureaucrats will not be holidaying as soon as the politicians brought some real satisfaction.  Actually think about it; its the same as here in North America.  Politicians are always leaving the building early, leaving everyone else to clean up after them.  So the ball rests with Ms. Ortega.   Lets wish her well as her well being is in OUR BEST INTERESTS.  Demeaning comments are no way of moving something forward.  In fact if you had said this to her face, guess where your permit would be now. 

It has been suggested that being uncouth to airline agents will get your luggage sent to unkown locations.

As well I recall a comment from another person (not on this borad) some time ago who had experience with the bureaucracy having had a company in VZ.  That person indicated that things could take longer than anyone who have ever anticipated.  Well KRY can certainly say "Been there done that."
