It is common knowledge shareholders vote for approval on a "Buyout or Takeout" situation for Crystallex, however, is that the case if a partner wants in prior to mine development?

What I'm thinking, which may be occurring, is some politics/interest has been going on behind the scene for a partnership prior to mine development.

Does anyone know who provided the $34m PP back in the fall of 2006? Is there a silent partner already in the making?
