There are many who are feeling the same way as you do! What I would say is this: these types of speculations have very high risk attached to them which can generate some significant profits or as you are experiencing now, a loss. (albiet a paper loss unless your realize the position) I would also say that the loss is very much a function on the status of the permit (for the most part) and many are just plain frustrated with the length of time to receipt and are moving on to other plays. Others are shorting the stock until such time the permit is announced and are just taking advantage of a strategy to make money. The markets are not fair and they do not care about anyone! And we should not fall on love with this stock or any stock. Forsure this is a risky play due to the geopolitical instability, but we should take some comfort in the fact that at least the referendum is behind us and that the Venezuelan officals responsible for having the permit issued will return to regular business. Hopefully the CVG, Mibam, Governor, Mayor and Economic Commission of the NA will exert some pressure on the MinAmb and their Minister to get the permit done. Timing is still the issue and with it goes all the frustration of waiting as we continue to watch the SP follow the trend. Until the permit or some kind of news occurs I would expect that the trend is in place and you could successfully predict with some kind of high probability which direction the SP is headed. Remember also that for as long as we have waited that KRY's cash position is taking a hit and with it will be a need early in 2008 to go the market for financing. Believe me I do understand your situation as thiere is a risk with KRY and I would prefer to see a reversal of the trend as do many others, but unless we get some news and hopefully soon, perhaps we need the rolaids handy or do as others have done and move on. It is a choice. No doubt as soon as one sells the permit will be issued.
