I agree with Goldtill2009...Guitterez kind of made it sound like 'relax...have a good Christmas..and don't ruin your holiday by worrying about the permit...it will come'.  I doubt it will come in January though.  Between the long 'siesta' and the possible need for more bureaucratic haggling to hammer out the entire mining "package" of which KRYs permit is only a part...I can't see it before February sometime at the earliest.  HOWEVER...haviing said that, maybe...just maybe Chavez decides to give all those unemployed (voting) Catholic miners something to thank God (and of course...the feurer) about over the upcoming Christmas holiday.
